Hinton, Oklahoma — The Alan Wayne Company LLC announced today that it had sold 89 acres of its development land to the Delaware Nation of Oklahoma.
The Delaware Nation is planning a destination resort development. The building of a casino with an accompanying hotel and other amenities is scheduled to be under way soon. The Nation, through its broker, announced to The Alan Wayne Company that it would begin moving dirt in preparation, immediately.
The Alan Wayne Company LLC is pleased to have the Delaware Nation join the other businesses that have purchased and built on the development property. After purchasing 89 acres by the Delaware Nation, The Alan Wayne Company now has less than 25 acres remaining for sale, lease or joint venture.
